We had a nice trip to Omaha to spend Thanksgiving with my brother Sam, his wife Natalie, and their little baby Oliver. My mom was there too which was great. I haven't spent a Thanksgiving with my mom in 9 years. Also, I hate zoos because I feel bad for the animals but we went to the Omaha zoo and I didn't feel as bad for them. They had some fabulous accommodations.
Kate's Blessed Wedding
My dear friend Katelin Rowley got married in November. She and I have been friends since the 4th grade. She is smart, beautiful, funny, and makes friends everywhere she goes. She is one of my favorite people ever. I was so happy she met a great guy and I was so happy I got to be there for the great day. She looked amazing, like always. It was so fun to see some of my good friends and see family over the short weekend trip there. My friends are all much more beautiful and popular than me so they make me look good whenever I'm seen with them.
The only downfall was that I ended up with vertigo and spent a lot of time throwing up. If my sister hadn't been there to help take care of Max, it would have been a lot worse.
