4th of July at the Hassell Castle

We spent the Fourth of July up in Minnesota with Tim's family. I was a little hesitant to go with a 3 week old baby. I was definitely not feeling great and was also still really tired and emotional. Fitz had a little cold and was sleepy/sick the whole time. But we wanted to see everyone who would be there and I knew Max would love it. He had a blast with his cousins and of course with Papa Bill. He was a little jealous when he found out Papa Bill has other grandchildren. It was pretty funny to watch. True to Hassell tradition, the fireworks show did not disappoint. It was insane and dangerous. I am glad we went and had some family time even if part of it was a bit of a blur for me. We were able to celebrate Max's second birthday with the family which is great considering on his actual birthday we were busy moving.
