Lakes, Kites, and Rivers

We have spent a fair amount of time at Lake Michigan as well as flying the kite.  Summer nights have been nice and relaxing for the Hassell clan.  Here are a few random events from the summer.

This was back in June but I love these pictures and never posted them.

This was just last week. Max likes to help Tim fly the kite.

 We have been going to the Tosa farmer's market every Saturday for Max to try to pet dogs and for mom to sample food and buy produce.

 Max helps me do laundry by sitting in the basket and then throwing the clothes as far as he can.

 Max shoplitted this cucumber.  I handed it to him to hold and he ate it.  He then gave me this look like "You mean this is illegal?"

 Max loves shopping and wanted me to buy him this great bomber jacket in Chicago but we both know dad is too cheap so we passed on it.
