We've been looking for a new dresser recently. Anna has way too much lingerie, and she has been taking our current dresser to its limit (kidding). So we've been searching around on Craigslist and we bought one last weekend for $20. I saw its potential even though many doubted my skills. Here is the before, I know pretty bad:
The top was terrible, but everything else was pretty good on it. No damage to corners/edges, drawers were well made, and the shape and size worked well. I put a new top on it, painted it, and added some flair. Here's the final product:
All in all, I spent about $50 for it. Not bad for an unemployed lawyer.
Impressive! Want to do that to the entertainment center we just bought on Craigslist? I can budget about $10 for you to use, including time and labor... :) Take it or leave it, Tim.
